The SB-2 doesn’t require phantom power, batteries, or any external power supply. Just plug in your instrument, and you’re ready to go. It features a standard 1/4" instrument input with a thru-put that can feed your tuner or on-stage amp. What sets the SB-2 apart is its auto merge function, which transforms the thru-put into a second input. This feature is incredibly useful when you need to merge a stereo signal into a single channel, such as when working with a stereo sampler or laptop, especially in situations where input channels are limited.

High-Quality Transformer for Superior Sound

At the heart of the SB-2 is a custom-made Eclipse ET-DB3 transformer that ensures optimal impedance matching and signal balancing. This high-quality transformer handles extreme signal levels with ease, offering a natural compression that results in warm, clear, and full sound. Additionally, the SB-2 is equipped with a -15dB pad to handle even the loudest instruments with grace.
