What we need to verify

So we can confirm a price match, all of the following must apply.

We can verify the competitor's current advertised price at the time of your request (a link or screenshot showing the price and the item is ideal).

The item is identical in every way (same brand, model, colour and configuration) and in the same brand-new condition.

The competitor is an authorised Australian retailer with the item genuinely in stock and available to purchase.

The advertised price reflects the current Australian Recommended Retail Price set by the distributor and is not the result of a pricing error.

What's excluded

To keep things fair, our price match doesn't apply to:

Second-hand, ex-display, ex-demo, refurbished, clearance, run-out or “as-is” stock.

Pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or prices we reasonably believe are below a retailer's cost.

Stock that isn't held by the competitor or is available by special order or back-order only.

Auction sites, marketplaces, grey-import or parallel-import stock, and overseas retailers.

Limited-time or one-day sales, member-only or loyalty pricing, bundle or package deals where you're only buying part of the bundle, and stock-liquidation pricing.

Prices that include a coupon, voucher, cashback or other promotional offer not generally available.
